The weather in these past couple of weeks has been pretty forgiving, in the manner that we’re not sweating bucketloads with every single step we take outdoors. Rainy Singapore is the best kind of Singapore, and any other opinion is subjectively fallacious.
This scaly bro knows what’s up. On days like these, we too feel like stopping whatever we’re doing and just lying down to bask in the wet weather. And so this huge-ass monitor lizard did — right in the middle of busy traffic somewhere in Upper Serangoon.
Luckily, the wet weather means that cars are going slower, making it easier for drivers to spot and avoid the beast that’s lying down nonchalantly on the cold asphalt. We’re not sure what happened to it afterwards, but hopefully Godzilla JR managed to scamper off safely into the wilderness.
