In the world of pop, Bruno Mars remains to be one of the most legit musicians out there. What else can we say? He writes his own material; he has a phenomenal voice; he actually plays multiple instruments; he’s got ultra-polished producing chops; he choreographs his own shows. Oh and what shows they are — once you’ve seen Mars live, you’ll find it hard to argue against the fact that the man is one of the greatest living entertainers around.
This dude on the MRT however, is not Bruno Mars. But holy sardines, does this random guy look so much like the swagedelic singer.
Spotted, snapped and uploaded on Twitter by user @_sxyx, the dude — who we’ll dub Bruno Mat — seemed to be on the way to a costume party, or a company dinner and dance, or that’s just the way he rolls. Shades, ‘fro, plunging neckline, powder blue suit? Damn, if he wasn’t pictured on the MRT, he would have passed off as the genuine article.
Or not. He could still pull off a second career as an impersonator though. Bruno Mat — the man behind hits such as ’24 Karat Magic’, ‘The Lepak Song’, and ‘When I Was Your Mat’.
