It’s been a month, and the hype over superheroes from the Avengers: Infinity War cast (well, more like 5 percent of the entire motley crew, anyway) visiting our shores has mostly died down.
Now, after the subsequent release of the much-anticipated movie and all the reviews, spoilers, and box office analysis… here’s another famous Avenger to get us all abuzz again.
Last time around, actors Robert Downey Jr., Benedict Cumberbatch, and Karen Gillan, as well as director Joe Russo and producer Trinh Tran, came by Marina Bay Sands.
This time, Thor, aka God of Thunder, aka Son of Odin, aka Chris Hemsworth, is heading our way — coming to… Marina Bay Sands (MBS). Again. This time he’s doing it as Hugo Boss spokesperson, though.
It’s happening next week, Friday, May 25. Hemsworth will be there for a meet-and-greet session, which will run from 6pm to 8pm. But here’s the catch: said meet-and-greet is based on a lucky draw, basically.
Here are the rules: you buy a 75ml (or larger) bottle of Hugo Boss fragrance from a Sephora store (any Sephora store in Singapore) between now and May 22.
Upon purchase, you’ll get an entry form to fill out and attach your receipt to — then, that will have to get dropped off at a contest entry box, either at Sephora stores or the Hugo Boss Atrium site at MBS. After that, these contest organizers holding the keys to your potential two minutes of heaven with Hemsworth will select 50 winners. That list will be revealed on May 24.
Another stipulation: You’ve got to be above 18 years old to enter.
But if you’re one of those who got to see the dishy Aussie actor when he was in town for The Huntsman: Winter’s War in 2016, well, maybe don’t be greedy and give others a chance.
