Last January, we introduced you guys to LiHO Tea’s Lucky Duck Shit Tea series, and now almost exactly one year later, LiHO TEA is back with a new drink range to kick off the new year. While this one isn’t animal-feces themed, it does feature what is, in our humble opinion, the undisputed juiciest of the fruits: coconuts.

As a proudly homegrown tea brand, LiHO TEA is all about offering Singaporeans a wide variety of drinks and toppings as well as constantly expanding their menu — hence, the launch of the all-new LiHO TEA Coconut series. You can check out LiHO TEA’s full menu at any of their 100+ outlets across Singapore, as well as get it delivered to the comfort of your own home.
The new LiHO TEA Coconut drink series were primarily launched to help cool down customers (in case you haven’t noticed, it’s a little hot this time of year), but eating coconuts also has a ton of nutritional benefits. For example, they’re high in manganese, which contributes to bone health, as well as copper and iron, which help form red blood cells. Oh, and there’s also the fact that they taste delicious. However, if an entire coconut shake is just a little too much coconut for you, then you can still have the best of both worlds by adding a dash of crunchy coconut noodle toppings (S$0.80) to your regular LiHO TEA order.

For a perfect balance of chewy and crunchy, we recommend adding both coconut noodles and brown sugar pearls to your LiHO TEA order! Honestly, while the drinks in the LiHO TEA Coconut drink series are already decadent enough on their own, we really don’t think you can beat the sweet and savory combination that is coconut noodles and brown sugar pearls — we promise it’ll take your favorite LiHO TEA drink to a whole new level.

In addition to the Coconut drink series and their new coconut noodle toppings, LiHO TEA also offers a huge range of beverage and topping options, so at the end of the day, you can mix and match your base and toppings entirely to your liking. For example, throw on some crunchy Oreo bits atop your Mango LiHO Tea Coconut Shake, or for a textured variety, add some coconut jelly to the LiHO TEA Coconut Shake — truly, the possibilities are as endless as our love for the mighty coconut.

As a special treat, all LiHO TEA members can opt for a totally free coconut noodle topping with every coconut shake for double the coconut craze. Can’t decide between the three shakes? Members will also be able to take advantage of a daily Buy 2, Get 1 Free deal — perfect to share the entire new tea series with your friends (or, you know, just yourself).

After multiple rounds of tasting and revising, the LiHO TEA team has come up with a slew of creamy and delicious coco-centric options for all of your beverage needs, so let’s get down to it, shall we?

First up, you’ve got the Signature LiHO – Coconut Shake (starts at S$4.30 for a medium), which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. A coconut classic, it’s rich and creamy, providing a top-of-the-line no-frills experience for the most serious of coconut lovers.

For something even creamier, check out the Avocado LiHO – Coconut Shake (starts at S$5.30 for a medium), which combines two of our favorite fruits! Thanks to the inclusion of avocado, this shake has a more buttery texture as well as a slight earthy undertone, making it perfect for customers who don’t like their drinks too sweet. Additionally, avocados provide a great boost in a number of nutrients including magnesium, potassium, and Vitamins C, E, and B6, and are high in fiber, which helps promote gut health.

On the other hand, if you do have a killer sweet tooth, the Mango LiHO – Coconut Shake (starts at S$5.30 for a medium) will most likely be your jam. Thanks to the addition of some juicy mangoes, this shake is as sweet and refreshing as they come, and is the pinnacle of tropical thirst-quenchers. Like avocados, mangoes also include a whole host of nutrients that’ll give your health an extra boost. In particular, they have a high percentage of good ol’ Vitamin C, which helps with iron absorption, strengthening your immune system, and cell growth.
