Calling itself “Singapore’s first and largest rosé wine garden,” Pandora’s Garden is a new rosé bar nestled on the rooftop of boutique hotel Ann Siang House.

The latest watering hole in the nightlife-heavy neighborhood sure loves its pink-tinged wine — not only is it stocked up with an extensive collection of rosé bottles, but the spot’s also decked out in shades of bright pink throughout.

The menu features 35 different rosé varieties, which isn’t a huge number, but given the wine’s lack of popularity among drinkers here, that’s probably a much bigger selection than what you’ll find at your standard bar.

If you aren’t much of a wine connoisseur, just know that rosé isn’t made from a mix of red and white wine — it’s actually commonly produced by the maceration of red grape varieties, with the skin left intact for 12 to 24 hours to get that blush hue.

Brought to you by the folks behind Brightside at the nearby Duxton Hill, Pandora’s Garden is a chill space for after-work drinks, designed around an old frangipani tree whose roots run below the hotel. Its decor isn’t the most awe-inspiring, but when the sun sets and the fairy lights twinkle into existence, the bar makes for a nice little haven away from the night-time crowds of Ann Siang.

Flip through the menu and you’ll find offerings that start from $12/glass and $41/bottle for Catalunya’s Bach Vina Extrisima Rosado, going up to $19/glass and $86/bottle for California’s Birichino Vin Gris Rosé. On the other end of the spectrum, rare rosé champagnes such as Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé and 2007 Krug Rosé go for $1,888 and $888 respectively.

Draft beers, a specially brewed Pandora’s craft ale (done in collaboration with Trouble Brewing), and other cocktails are available as well. If you’d like to munch on something, they’ve got bar bites such as British pork pie ($15), a cold cuts platter ($25-$50) and a cheese board ($25-$50).
