The annual St Patrick’s Day Street Festival is back for another weekend of booze, music and mayhem. So what’s new, you ask? Well, for the first time, several restaurants and bars along Circular Road are participating in the celebrations by creating green and Guinness-infused dishes and drinks available throughout the month of March.

Other creations and concoctions to try include the lamb and Guinness stew ($18) from Hero’s; poulet de popeye ($13) of marinated tandoori chicken and the rum panna ($14) cocktail of white rum, raw mango syrup and sprite from Roll Up; and traditional Irish potato pancake boxty with sausage and bacon ($12) from Molly Malone’s.

St Patrick’s Day Street Festival is on from Mar 17-19 at Circular Rd.
