A buffet of prime roast beef cuts from around the world awaits in The Carvery’s Great Meat Feast

We don’t know about you, but we’re suckers for any restaurants that aren’t afraid of going full carnivore and offering unabashedly strapping meat platters.

Park Hotel Alexandra’s The Carvery is exactly what its name implies — an all-you-can-eat nirvana starring all the freshly carved roast meats your stomach can accomodate. Amazing for those in the Caveman Diet; not so much for vegans (sorry, guys).

This September, The Carvery goes one step further in their quest to delight meat lovers. For a whole month from Sept 28 till Oct 22, the hotel restaurant will be expanding its muscles in all things meaty through a divine roster of prime beef cuts from all around the world in an appropriately-named event called The Great Meat Feast.

Throughout the month, guests will be able to enjoy a rotating symphony of various roast beef cuts including the likes of Australian wagyu, American black angus, Japanese rice beef and more to satiate that carnivorous appetite.

“We’re really excited about this unique spread which will introduce customers to meats they may not have had the opportunity to experience before,” shares Executive Chef Robert Chan.

“Serving them side-by-side will help highlight the unique quality and flavours of these meats and guests can better appreciate their nuanced differences.”

To further prove how serious they are about meat (as if you need more evidence), The Carvery has also assembled a glorious line-up of house-flavoured butters, sauces and exotic salts to garnish your meats. Never will you taste dry meat with the likes of truffle or anchovy butter, red wine sauce, or black lava salt.

To rest your tastebuds from all that beef, The Carvery also offers signature favourite roasts and hot dishes including roasted leg of lamb, crispy pork knucked, rotisserie chicken, pasta, daily-changing grilled fish and more.

The Great Meat Feast awaits you next month, with prices going at $78++ from Sundays to Thursdays, and $88++ on Fridays and Saturdays. More meaty details available on the website
