The boozehounds behind local brewery Trouble Brewing are selling a new line of cocktails ready to serve chilled directly to the doorstep.

“Quality cocktails for troubled times” is how they describe the four flavors — Old-Fashioned, Negroni, Espresso Martini and Garden Party — that make up Temple Street, a new brand of tipple by the indie brewers. The 100-milliliter bottles, blended and produced locally, go for S$11 and are now available for same-day delivery.

The brewery says it unlocked a secret formula for the new concept after receiving heaps of orders from cocktail-lovers stuck at home during the pandemic.

“The idea for Temple Street was conceived at the height of Singapore’s Circuit Breaker, when we were selling tens of thousands of imported cocktails. The experience gave us great insight into consumers’ preferences for ready-to-pour options,” founder Joseph Barratt said in a brewery announcement.

The Old Fashioned mixes caribbean dark rum, agave nectar and hazelnut liqueur; while the Negroni adds chocolate liqueur. The Espresso Martini is made with New Zealand Allpress coffee, and wheat vodka; and the Garden Party features a blend of peach liqueur, lychee essence, mint, vermouth, and lime. Enjoy them chilled, dumped in ice or shaken and garnished.

Delivery is free for orders over S$60 and same-day delivery can happen for orders placed before 5pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and 7pm from Thursday to Saturday.

Trouble Brewing opened in 2017 with a brewery in Tuas and can be found at over 150 alcohol-friendly joints islandwide.
