This PH flag display at a local grocery store staff in Zamboanga went viral

Shoppers at the Grandmega Supermart in Zamboanga City are in for a surprise when they stroll down the store’s snack section: local grocery store staff arranged the products into a display of the Philippine flag.

Social media user Dinabel Toribio Agana posted photos of the supermarket’s snack display that has now gone viral.

According to Agana’s post, local merchandisers of the local snack brand Oishi made creative use of the company products’ colors and converted several shelves into a visual of the flag—three stars and a sun, and all.

Nakakahiya naman kumuha, baka sabihin sinisira ko (‘yung) flag ng Pilipinas (I’d be a little hesitant to take something from this, they might say I was ruining the Philippine flag),” one user commented on the post that has over 10,000 shares as of writing.

TBH, we’d probably feel just as iffy too—but what a great effort.
