At least seven people sustained minor injuries after six cars and one passenger bus crashed into each other along the stretch of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) on Sunday.
NLEX traffic manager Robin Ignacio told The Philippine Daily Inquirer that the collision happened just past 3pm on the expressway’s southbound lane around the area of Mexico, Pampanga.
Ignacio told GMA News that the pile-up was caused by a driver of an unidentified vehicle, who braked abruptly, causing a chain of collisions that hurt several passengers.
