Search continues for Marikina teacher who posted cryptic updates on FB before he went missing

Family and friends used Facebook to ask for help in finding a 26-year-old Marikina teacher who went missing last weekend.

26-year-old University of the Philippines graduate Paul Anthony Esguerra was last seen on Feb 5, Sun.

“He told me that he will be going to a birthday party and have appointments with different persons/friends. He went home first in his family residence in Project 4, Quezon City. By 5 p.m., he left wearing checkered polo, maong pants and black leather shoes,” said Esguerra’s partner Michelle Marie Mejia Mendoza on a Facebook post.

His last known whereabouts were Manila Bay, Marikina or Cubao.

Meanwhile, Esguerra’s cousin Gary Joran Mayoraigo shared screenshots of Esgueara’s cryptic Facebook updates right before he went missing.

“Goodluck looking for my corpse. I love you guys. Bye. Bye,” Esguerra posted at 10:42 pm on Feb 5.

“Deep water. Manila Bay. Dead is the new sexy,” he posted about 13 minutes later.

If you have any information about this Esguerra’s location, you may reach the numbers provided in the posts.
