PH drug enforcement find meth lab in Chinese-owned mining site

A mine operated by Huaxia Mining and Trading Corporation in a village in Aparri, in the northern Philippines, was found with chemicals used to make methamphetamine hydrochloride by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

According to a report in local newspaper The Northern Forum, PDEA Cagayan Valley regional unit director Laurence Gabales said the suspects, who are also the owners of the mining site, were identified as Lito Lim and Michael Tan.

Both Lim and Tan, however, was nowhere to be found in the site during the raid.
