What’s worst than a perv? A perv with a camera!
A man from San Nicolas town, Ilocos Norte was arrested by the police for voyeurism after he was caught filming an “amateur video” using his mobile phone.
The victim’s husband caught Lucky Lourence Castro, 29, balancing himself on a sink and peeping into the window of the bathroom where the victim was having a refreshing bath.
The angry husband was able to get hold of the Castro’s cellphone, which contained an 18-second clip of the victim’s naked back.
Castro tried to run to the fields to escape but the other residents caught him, ABS-CBN News reports. He is facing charges for the violation of the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
