This is just so wrong, on so many levels.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) on Tuesday after he threatened his ex-lover that he would disseminate their sex videos if she refuses to have sex with him before he leaves for the United States.

Bryan Canama, a seaman, was arrested by the NBI at a hotel in Malate during an entrapment operation.

According to RMN, Canama and his Cebu-based ex-girlfriend dated for four months. The woman, a single mom, broke up with him because she found him too jealous.

In retaliation, Canama sent copies of their sex video to her friends, colleagues, and even to her child.

Seriously, who does that?!

He also threatened her that he would release their other sex videos unless she has sex with him before he leaves the country.

Real classy.

In an interview with GMA News, Canama didn’t deny the charge and even tried to rationalize his behavior with a lame excuse. He said in Filipino: “I was really hurt [when she broke up with me]. I did that so that she’ll also get hurt.”

Ugh.

The NBI’s Senior Agent Francis Señora used the opportunity to tell people not to record their most private moments on tape.

He said on GMA News’ 24 Oras in Filipino: “Our intimate moments, we should keep it to ourselves. Whether it’s a video or a photo, let’s not agree [to have them taken]. At the end of the day, we run the risk of exposing our photos and videos on the internet.”
