Man on motorcycle throws grenade, peppers Manila police station with bullets

An unidentified man on a motorcycle threw a grenade at a Manila police station early Friday morning.

According to a report on Inquirer.net, after the suspect threw the grenade, he peppered the police station with gunshots.

A sport utility vehicle owned by Chief Inspector Paul Sabulao was damaged due to the explosion, while a passenger jeep and car in the area were hit by bullets.

CCTV footage of the attack was released to local media, but the motorcycle used did not have a license plate, nor could the suspect’s face be seen on camera.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident and the motive behind the attack.
