A man who pretended to be a soldier by wearing a combat uniform was arrested in Manila City, the local media reported today.
Romeo Puyat Jr. failed to give his arresting officers a copy of his military ID, but had several passports in his possession, including that of his girlfriend. He was also caught for “counterflowing,” or driving on the wrong side of the road. The security guard, a Pampanga resident, said that he was in Manila to sort out paperwork that he needed to work overseas, the news program Unang Balita reported.
