SUSPECT #1: PO2 JEOFFREY MASANGKAY
Scene of the crime: Tondo, Manila
The incident: Manila police officer Jeoffrey Masangkay (his neighbors now call him “Boy Sampal”), perhaps inspired by Anne Curtis, goes berserk on his neighbors. “According to complainant Lilian Villanueva, she asked Masangkay’s wife, Dr Rowena Sumbillo, to have their pigeon cage transferred somewhere else since it was placed near their eating area,” reports Itchie Cabayan in People’s Journal. The request ruffled Masangkay’s feathers, so he walked up to Villanueva and slapped her on the face. He then punched at the victim’s live-in partner Joseph Cecilia.
WTH DUDE: Officer, you forgot your line: “I can buy you, your friends, and more pigeon cages.”

VERSUS

SUSPECT #2: PO1 MARK LEONEL PUA
Scene of the crime: Bgy North Bay Boulevard South, Navotas
The incident: As a team from the Navotas police anti-narcotics unit and a SWAT team raids the house of a certain Danilo Villanueva, they catch police officer Mark Leonel Pua sitting pretty and in possession of drug paraphernalia, reports Rey Galupo in Philippine Star. Investigators believe Pua is a member of Villanueva’s crime group. Villanueva, a murder suspect, managed to escape. 
WTH dude: SWAT team be like, “So officer Pua, are you here for work or pleasure?”
