Can they still be nonchalant about the crime rate after this?
“At around 7am on Monday, September 1, Police Senior Inspector Roderick Medrano was on board his car and on his way to work when he got ambushed by three motorcycle-riding gunmen along San Diego Drive, Zabarte Road in Novaliches, Quezon City,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The report revealed that “bystanders managed to bring Medrano, who is assigned at the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Station 4 in Novaliches, to a nearby hospital but doctors could no longer revive the victim.”
The investigation is ongoing.
