Whether you’re a true blue Manileño, someone who just moved here, or are just visiting, you’ve probably already noticed that there is never a lack of things to do in Manila. This is Coconuts Manila’s guide to everything you need to check out over the weekend. Peruse it, take note of everything that interests you, and don’t forget to let us know all about it.

Brunch (and Instagram) at a new cafe

Date: Anytime
Venue: Rockwell, Makati City
Homegrown clothing brand Harlan + Holden has extended its minimalist aesthetic to a new cafe that opened in Rockwell earlier this month.

Apart from delicious brunch fare, you can also look forward to very instagrammable interiors. The cafe is a contemporary glasshouse designed by a Danish architecture and design firm and has muted green and blue decor.

If you’re going down to Cebu this weekend, consider attending the Plus63 Music & Arts Festival too. They’ll have international acts like Dutch electronic dance duo Showtek and local DJs and artists like Marc Marasigan, XFactor, Gino V, and Victor Pring.

The event will also feature contemporary art from local and international artists and have a “food district” that will feature some of the best food vendors in Cebu.
