Oh, Macao Imperial. Like we really need more calories coursing through our veins during the Christmas season, when our social calendars suddenly become rife with reunions, parties, and other excuses to feast.
Well, if you’re among the crowd that’s watching your calorie intake during the next few weeks, then look away — Macao Imperial Tea announced that customers will get a free upsized drink on any regular-sized order every Monday for the entire month of December.
Sweet! Or, not. It’s all about perspective.
Anyway, the brand has 10 branches all over the country offering a selection of flavored teas, coffees, and snacks. If you’ve never visited one of them, then here’s an idea of the kind of food and drink they do: the Cream Cheese series (starting from PHP110/US$2.09) includes drinks that come with a dash of salty cream, and Mango Yakult (PHP120/US$2.28).
A lot of dessert-based beverages, basically.
Popular branches of Macao Imperial Tea include its locations at Banawe St. in Quezon City; at Fisher Mall in Quezon City; Southwoods Mall in Laguna; Ayala Malls Circuit in Makati; and SM City in Manila.
