Jingle Bells, your coffee smells: Pumpkin Spice Latte returns to Philippines Starbucks today

Christmas is officially around the corner, and because it’s the tropics and we have no fall colors to usher us in that autumnal mood, we’ll have to rely on the reappearance of the pumpkin spice latte at our local Starbucks outlets.

The creamy coffee drink, perfumed with the triple threat of  cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, topped with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of pumpkin spice, will be available “for a very, very limited period” starting today and until supplies last, according to Starbucks.

Prices for the seasonal drink will set you back PHP165 (US$3) for a tall, PHP180 (US$3.4) for a grande, and PHP195 (US$3.7) for the venti.

Starbucks is a coffee company that started in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market in 1971. They opened their first store in the Philippines in 1997 in 6750 Ayala Ave, Makati offering local flavors like the the Starbucks Kape Vinta Blend. The coffee chain continues to offer favorites like their Signature Hot Chocolate, Coffee Jelly Frappucino, and in-house pastries.

Starbucks now has over 300 branches across the Philippines.
