Seventeen-year-old boy kills father after he confronts him for cheating on his mother

A two-timing husband was fatally stabbed by his own son after the boy caught wind of his father’s infidelity at a house in Taman Nusa Bestari, Johor.

The 17-year-old boy confronted his father at 11:00am yesterday morning in the upstairs room of the family home, and a heated argument between the two soon led to a physical scuffle between the men. The teen then produced a kitchen knife, and stabbed his father in the chest.

The father was able to carry himself to the ground floor living room, before collapsing in a pool of his own blood.

Police were notified of an incident at the house, and when they arrived, they found the 45-year-old man dead.

Both the boy, and his 40-year-old mother were arrested. Police believe that she had a role in abetting the murder. They will be held in remand until tomorrow, and will face murder charges.
