Masssive monitor lizard hanging on Malaysian man’s fence is the Friday mood you need

Welcome, Coconauts! Ah it’s Friday, the day of the week where we begin thinking, and plotting, over how much we’re going to sleep the following day.

Few things can get us excited more than the idea of unbridled sleep, until we caught site of one purportedly Johor-area man’s Facebook post about his neighborhood Godzilla.

“You might have pet dogs at home but I have a small ‘crocodile’ here!,” he wrote.

Of course, the animal in question is actually a monitor lizard, a species native to Asia, Africa, and Oceania, capable of growing up to three meters in length.

Neighborhood dogs remained unconvinced over the visitor, and went to investigate the situation, while some netizens staunchly believed that the lizard had appeared to bring the man good luck.

Some went as far as suggesting a formula for picking out lucky number based on the scene.

Fire officials were later called to the scene, which is probably a good idea considering we once witnessed a lizard rip through an animal carcass like it was nobody’s business.

Sir, good luck on that four-digit.
