Residents can’t sleep at night after shooting

Residents of Kai Ching Estate and neighbours of alleged gunman have reported to be suffering from insomnia after the tragic events unfolded.

Chief Executive and Secretary for Labour and Welfare Matthew Cheung King-chung announced that the government is very concerned about the incident and have arranged for counseling for residents from today onwards for those suffering from psychological distress or strain.

Residents are also requesting for tightened security and more night patrols in the housing estate, reports The Standard.
