Uh-huh, it’s the picture that caused headlines last week when Zenith kindergarten, where the boy photographed studies, published a statement accusing a former teacher abusing the boy. The teacher, Brian Smith, was also accused of snapping the picture and leaking it onto the internet. Read the original story here
Police sources reveal that all of what Zenith kindergarten said is untrue. The student photographed put the paper bag on himself, he was playing around during a fun class.
According to Smith, the boy did not suffer any psychological abuse because of the incident, it was a total lie.
The only truth to Zenith’s story is that Smith was indeed dismissed but not for the reasons they stated.
Smith was fired for applying to take a long holiday and refusing to work on Saturdays as well as not taking part in extracurricular activities.
SCMP reports Smith’s former colleagues claim he is a gentleman, proper and polite and it’s the kindergarten that’s trying to tarnish a teacher’s reputation.
