According to Apple Daily, the accident happened as a truck turned right onto Hung To Road in Ngau Tau Kok, crashing into the blue containers carting the second-hand devices.

Photos showed the iPhones littered on the ground, their gleaming metallic surfaces a juxtaposition against the gritty asphalt floor. While some of the devices’ screens were visibly cracked, most appeared unscathed.
Police arrived at the scene to investigate the matter. No injuries were reported, and the cost of the damage to the phones is not known.
