Sick of lame parties with boring people with no chat? We hear ya.
This weekend might just save your will to leave the sofa, however, as Hong Kong is hosting the smartest party we care to remember.
On Saturday (Oct. 8) California Tower’s entrepreneurs’ club Mettā presents PRELIMINAR-E – the official after party for eSummit – the official meeting of minds surrounding the territory’s first ever Formula E Grand Prix (the one with electric cars!).
They’ll be some seriously forward-thinking people there, all full of sparks after a day discussing the green and gorgeous future of Hong Kong and ready to get down to some serious smart people kinda fun.
There will be beats by the boat load from the likes of acclaimed New York tune slinger DJ Y3LDA – who just happens to be so fly that she gigs with Juicy Couture and a little lady we like to call BEYONCE – and Hong Kong local Evan Slagle, AKA “The Record Room” – who’s so darn special he’s shared a stage with Two Door Cinema Club, among others.
They’ll also be free flow booze (naturally darling) from the likes of GH Mumm Champagne, Oldfields Orchard Cider and Peroni beer. Oh and… wait, did we forget to mention the Casamigo Tequila Bar and LUGE?
Well… we never promised the crowd would stay smart.
