Thai government’s ‘Stop Corruption’ website hacked by Iranians?

Someone named Mr. Moein has managed to hack the Thai government’s “Stop Corruption” website for reasons we don’t quite understand.

On the news page of the site, the words “Hacked by Mr. Moein” have replaced whatever content was once there, along with a graphic that says “Ashiyane: The first security forum in Iran.”

A quick Google search led us to this Wikipedia page that calls Ashiyane “an active Iranian hack and security team and claimed to be the oldest one in Iran.”

Interesting!

The page has been hacked since yesterday afternoon and has still not been corrected.

Thanks to Coconuts reader Ian Korman for the tip.
