Bangkok Shambhala Meditation group is introducing the program “Mindfulness 24/7” by Craig Warren Smith, a meditation session that promises to assess and transform the stresses of daily life.
For first-timers, meditation instructions are provided at the beginning, so arrive a few minutes early.
The meditation session will be followed by a talk and discussion.
No registration or fees required, but donations are welcomed.
