Netflix holds contest for Asia-based food instagrammers

Pictures of food. We love to take them. We love to share them. We love to roll our eyes when our Bangkok friends won’t let us eat cause they are taking artsy shots of our burger.

Think you can capture the digital essence of spaghetti better than anyone else? Netflix is holding a contest for an Asia-based official instagrammer for their show “Chef’s Table,” the documentary series that debuts its second season tonight.

The show, director David Gelb, will send its chosen Instagrammer around the world to visit (and take pictures at) the six restaurants featured in season two. The winner will get to travel to Mexico, Slovenia, Brazil, and to San Francisco and Chicago in the US.

They will also pay a visit to our our Gaggan restaurant in Bangkok, which is to be featured on the second season of the show.

To enter: Follow @NetflixAsia on Instagram and post your best original food photo with the hashtag #MyChefsTable. Make sure your account is set to public. Find out more here.

The official ‘grammer is tasked with “documenting their sensory experience through beautifully-set, mouth-watering and hunger-inducing Instagram shots.”

Sounds delicious.
