Feeling lucky? Thai lotto returns tomorrow

We’re seeing a “16” and “5” coming up tomorrow when the Government Lottery Office gets back to the critical business of supplying the nation with lottery winners.

Whoever is still hanging onto April 1 ticket should be prepared when the national powerball draw, which was suspended the due to the coronavirus outbreak, resumes Saturday.

Spokesperson Thanawat Polwichai said that whoever wins this round will have to make an appointment in advance to limit crowds from forming and spreading COVID-19. Social distancing, thermometer, face mask and hand sanitizer will seriously be in use.

Thailand reported seven new COVID-19 infections today; all had recently returned from Pakistan.
