Bangkok police are hunting down a tuk tuk driver and his friend who allegedly raped a 23-year-old Australian woman near a deserted building in Taling Chan district.
The tourist, whose identity is being withheld, filed a police report in the early morning of Dec. 5. She claimed that the driver and his friend sexually assaulted her near a bush outside Wattajak Building on Borommaratchonnani Road.
Police are tracking down the suspects using footage from the city’s CCTV system.
The abandoned building has attracted many graffiti artists and has become an unofficial art space.
