A highly anticipated indie rock music festival announced their DJ lineup for their Boiler Room takeover stage today.
Boiler Room, the London-based online music platform popular for their live streams of DJ sets all over the world, have revealed their lineup for their second takeover at indie rock-centric Maho Rasop Festival in December.
The two-day lineup for Boiler Room mainly spotlights Thailand’s vast local talent but with a handful of international artists thrown into the mix.
On Saturday, the platform is bringing Amsterdam-based DJ and Safe Trip label founder Young Marco as the stage’s headliner.
He will be joined by some of Bangkok’s most prominent underground DJs including Zudrangma Records founder Maft Sai, Never Normal music director Jirus, NonNonNon dance collective founder Mae Happyair, Decommune resident DJ Krit Morton, dub artist GA-PI, and a B2B set between electronic band Club Mascot and hardcore industrial artist and club organizer Winkieb.
Sunday’s headliner is Thai-Swedish rapper Thaiboy Digital who will be playing a live set, Shanghai-based producer Eli Osheyack, and local DJs Nuh Peace and La Yumar.
For those who missed out or are out of the loop, Boiler Room’s live streams consist of DJs playing in overstuffed booths packed with sweaty ravers at venues around the world. The music platform has garnered more than three million YouTube subscribers.
Last year saw Boiler Room debut in Thailand at Maho Rasop’s 2022 edition, which included DJs such as DJ Dragon, Marmosets, Dott, and Elaheh, among others.
Maho Rasop will take place Dec. 2-3 at ESC Park in Rangsit. Phase 2 tickets are on sale now for THB4,690.
