Hang out without the hangover? Try the outdoor milk bar coming to Bangkok for 1 week

Planning to try out sobriety for a while or just broke? Mai pen rai, there is still an al fresco venue to hang out with some drinks in hand.

For one week, Lan Nom Samyan, or Samyan Milk Garden, will gather food and drink stalls all offering nutritious, milk-based products suitable for all ages. Milk. Soy milk. Milk tea, yoghurt and ice-cream. Imagine the possibilities, unless you’re lactose intolerant.

Instead of the usual brews, get towers of that childhood chocolate malt beverage of many, Milo, for sharing among dairy-drinking buddies.

Samyan Milk Garden will run 4pm to 2am from Tuesday through New Year’s Eve at the newly opened Samyan Mitrtown on Rama IV Road.
