Time flies by, and it’s that time of the year bars will plaster shamrocks everywhere as patons plaster themselves with pints of green beer, clear plates of corned beef hash, and perhaps shout “slainte!”

Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day, which conveniently is Ireland’s national day, so we’ve gathered a few bars that will throw parties with live music, lucky draws, special menus, and of course lots of booze deals.

So slip on some green (or don’t, if pinch is your kink) to get into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit.

The Londoner Brew Pub

This English brewpub in the Pattanakarn area will offer a few specials to enjoy the day in style. Expect Fisherman’s Pie, Dublin Coddle Pork, and Beef & Stout Pot Pie. Ireland’s most recognized drink, Caife Gaelach, is also on offer. A bottle of Jameson whisky is also available with a buy-one-get-one promotion.

P.J. O’Brien’s Bistro

What’s good in Phra Khanong? This Irish pub will sell Jameson shots at THB99 and Magners ciders at THB150 per pint. Drink along to some live music performed by Dan O’Shea, who will play from 7pm onward.

Not your typical Irish bar, that we know. The rooftop oasis atop the Kimpton Maa-lai hotel will join shenanigans with draft beers, cocktails and special dishes on promotional prices from 4pm until late this Thursday.

City Hall

Tourism authorities just announced today that the City Hall building this Thursday will be illuminated in emerald green for three hours – 7pm until 10pm. Will it be artsy or eerie? Go and judge yourself.

The Royal Oak

One of the city’s longest running British institutions is throwing all night deals of Jameson shot sold at THB99, Magners cider at THB150 per pint.
