Do you know about Japan’s favorite cheesecake? The Paris-born culinary mastermind Jêrome Quilbeuf, a former head chef at three-Michelin-starred Sant Pau Barcelona and two-Michelin-starred Sant, has brought his famous Tokyo cheesecake to Thonglor.

Jerome Cheesecake opened its first shop-in-shop outside of Japan right here on Soi Thonglor 13 last month, found within Mont Blanc by Kyo Roll En, a Japanese-style dessert cafe.

Nestled in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo, Jêrome’s cheesecakes have captured the hearts and taste buds of Tokyo’s foodies. The basque cheesecake craze—featuring a wrapped cheesecake cooked on high heat to caramelize the top—is found here for B250 per slice.

This particular cheesecake is famous for its velvety melt-in-the-mouth feel, featuring the secret ingredients of fresh dairy from Hokkaido and imported Basque cheese.

Chani Residence, Thonglor Soi 13, 095-368-2111. Open daily 9am-8pm.
