Ikea Singapore’s once-beloved chicken wings are back today after their contentious removal from the menu, and they go for a buck each. What else do you need us to say?

Ikea came under flak over the past couple of months over their fried chicken wings, which apparently have degraded in quality over time — though we can’t imagine why they should, considering the Scandinavian chain’s main product is furniture. Nonetheless, Ikea conceded to their customers and halted sales of their chicken wings to re-work their recipe.

And so they did, with their new and improved wings available now for dine-in customers at Ikea Tampines and Alexandra outlets — though not yet for the Halal line in the former. It’s $1 per wing, but knowing crazy kiasu Singaporeans, they’re only limited to two plates of six wings each per person. Claimed by Ikea to be more tender and juicy, only one person has publicly reviewed ‘em on Facebook as of writing. Seems like they really have improved.
