WATCH: Trippy drone footage of the light art installation at Marina Bay’s Helix Bridge

Sometimes, it takes some well-shot, well-filtered drone footage to see how beautiful Singapore can be.

Take this clip of the Helix Bridge at Marina Bay for example. As part of the “bicentennial edition” of i Light Singapore, the pedestrian bridge linking Marina Centre with Marina South became an art installation in itself. Dutch design duo Paul Vendel and Sandra de Wolf came up with The Time Vortex — a hypnotic light show that attracts pedestrians to walk down the bridge while surrounded by dazzling beams of luminescence.

But thanks to local YouTube channel SingReef, we get to see how truly trippy the light art installation is. Watch the footage of the lighted-up helix bridge shot via a DJI drone.
