Hong Kong netizens are trying figure out what exactly happened in Yuen Long last night after video of a naked man first seen curled up in the middle of the road, then rolling across it was posted online yesterday.
Two videos of the incident were posted onto a Facebook group dedicated to transport in Hong Kong, but have since been deleted.
Warning: the two videos are NSFW.
According to the Facebook post, the man was spotted at about 7:35pm last night on Long Yip Street and it remains unclear how he ended up in the middle of the road.
Police confirmed to on.cc that they received a report at around 7:30pm yesterday and apprehended the mystery naked man — who said he is 24-years-old — that evening.
Preliminary investigations found nothing suspicious, officers classified the case as “mentally impaired person found,” and the naked man was sent to Pok Oi Hospital.

This is hardly the first time a naked man has been spotted in Hong Kong.
In July, a 20-year-old man was spotted taking the MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to North Point wearing nothing but a pair of Crocs and some earphones.
Throughout the journey, he was accompanied by MTR staff, until getting off at North Point station that evening where he was arrested by police.
It was later reported that the man was believed to have mental health issues and gave “incoherent responses” when questioned by officers.
