Toh Hai Leong died yesterday (Jan. 15) from diabetes-related pneumonia after an eight-year battle with Type 2 diabetes.
The filmmaker, who worked with Eric Khoo to produce the much lauded indie film mockumentary Zombie Dogs released in 2004, had been living in the Apex Harmony Lodge in Pasir Ris in his last days.
According to ST Communities, filmmaker Ho Choon Hiong is helping to raise money for the 58-year-old’s wake, likely to be at the Singapore Casket.
