Malaysian singer-songwriter Zee Avi is performing at TAB on April 17.
The celebrated songbird, who’s played in numerous international music festivals including Bonaroo in Tennessee, Lilith Fair in Ohio, New Jersey and Massachusetts, South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin and the Rainforest World Music Festival in Kuching, last played a sold-out concert here back in 2011.
Self-taught musician Zee Avi has two albums under her belt, a self-titled debut album which went gold in four countries, as well as Ghostbird (2011), and is responsible for viral hits “Bitter Heart” (watch video below) and “Kantoi”.
