Ghostface Killah and Raekwon of the legendary hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan will be performing in Singapore for the first time in March.
The two veterans of the international rap scene shared a stage with other members Method Man, ODB and RZA when the group first formed in early ’90s New York and have worked on several ‘epic’ collaborations.
The concert hosted by Singapore-born American rapper Masia One will be held at Zouk on Mar. 13, 8pm. Happening right before that at 7pm is an intimate session with Raekwon as he talks about 20 years of experience in the rap business.
Local rap stars Kevin Lester, Radikal Forze and Shigga Shay, as well as DJs KoFlow, Ollie Des, Rattle and Shellsuit will also be performing at the concert.
Tickets for Solid Gold: Ghostface Killah & Raekwon are available for $70 each on the Zouk website and $80 at the door. RSVP for the Raekwon session can be made at the same time, successful applicants will be informed via email by Mar. 11.
