Apple has officially released info about their two new iPhones—the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s—both of which will be available in Singapore from September 20 (pre-order September 13 for iPhone 5c).
And as usual, everyone’s got something to say about it. (If you absorb nothing else from this post, at least watch the videos. You won’t regret it.)

If you came here hoping to learn more about the actual phones, fine—here’s all the need-to-know:
iPhone 5c: Cheap cheap, good good
What: Same specs and horsepower as the now extinct iPhone 5. The only difference is that it’s available in five colours—white, blue, green, pink and yellow—and is encased in an “unapologetically plastic” (Apple’s words, not ours) chassis.
How much: $848 (16GB), $988 (32GB) without contract. Telco subsidised prices TBA.
iPhone 5c: Fastest fingers first
What: Equipped with a faster A7 processor, dedicated motion processor M7 expected to be adopted by app developers and fingerprint scanner to replace password or code locks. Comes in black, white and gold. Flashy.
How much: $988 (16GB), $1,148 (32GB), $1,288 (64GB) without contract. Telco subsidised prices TBA.
