Infamous Malaysian sex blogger couple Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee, also known as Alvivi, have split up. Tan had apparently caught his girlfriend having sex with his friend and had ended things, saying this wasn’t the first time she had cheated on him.

James Raj Arokiasamy, ‘The Messiah’ who is responsible for defacing the website of Ang Mo Kio Town Council on Oct. 28, 2013 rejected the court’s offer on two of four drug charges against him. He is also found to be guilty of illegally obtaining information belonging to 650 Standard Chartered bank customers.

A man was ‘run over’ by horses at the Singapore Turf Club. Luckily, he did not sustain any serious injuries.

Two Chinese men, aged 41 and 50, were arrested by the police after they kidnapped 79-year-old mother of Sheng Siong’s chief executive officer Lee Hock Chee and demanded an inital ransom of $20 million. The offenders were arrested within 12 hours of the report.

Son of Mas Selamat, Masyhadi bin Mas Selamat, has been placed on a two-year detention under the Internal Securities Act (ISA) following his involvement with terrorist network Jemaah Islamiyah.

A mere one day after The Singapore Advocacy Awards officially launched, troll site SMRT Ltd (Feedback) set up a fake Facebook page, replicating almost everything on the Awards’, and even nominated themselves for Most Outstanding Civil-Activist of All Time. The organisers have responded with a tongue-in-cheek statement.
