Adding to the other-worldly aspect is the fact that the cabbie who provided the dashcam footage said it happened at 3.20am. Speaking to The Straits Times, he mentioned that the lady — who seemed to be in her 20s — even waved back at him. The taxi driver estimates that the car was travelling at a speed of at least 50kmh.
