Aside from keeping criminals off the streets, it looks like the Singapore Police Force is equally adept in arresting our hearts and minds as well. Enlisting the help of various officers (each of whom who can carry a tune quite well), they produced a high-spirited medley comprising of Lunar New Year classics.
Pretty nicely done, especially since the Singapore Police Force Band put its own spin on the melodies, and the singers aren’t all native Mandarin speakers.
Props to the police for the highly-polished promo, but even bigger credit should be given to them and their fellow Home Team officers who will remain committed to their duties throughout the CNY celebrations.
