WATCH: A proper Michael Bay ending for a massive 100kg war relic found in Mandai

We’ve read and heard of the many times the Singapore Armed Forces’ Explosive Ordnace Disposal (EOD) team was deployed every time a new war relic was uncovered. 

Undetonated explosive rounds pop up intermittently, most often when construction crews dig up old grounds and get a scare seeing ancient, rusty bombs just lying in wait. When EOD teams get called in to dispose them in the most Michael Bay way possible, rarely do we get to see them in action. 

When a war relic was found at a construction site in Mandai last Saturday, it was the EOD team to the rescue — and this time they brought a cameraman. Watch below as they calmly took a massive, 100kg, highly-explosive aerial bomb to its literal explosive end on site:
