We kid. There hasn’t been any recent news about US President Donald Trump’s wrangling with Singapore (aside from us getting a body language expert to analyze his first meeting with PM Lee), so rest assured. However, we did pick up this hilarious rendition of the National Day song ‘We Are Singapore’ sung by none other than Mr Trump.
Or something like that. Local YouTube channel Ministry of Funny sliced up his speeches according to the lyrics of the National Day classic, though he could really use some auto-tune.
The concept isn’t new, since tons of versions have already been created featuring former US President Barack Obama. But this one certainly gave us a good laugh, especially with the NDP celebrations coming up and the Trump administration going through more bad days.
