In an effort to stand out from the pack, the older generation may go a little… off-key. Just look at the Parliament of Singapore’s attempt to appeal to kiddos by introducing a chubby winged lion mascot, for some reason.
But going the cringeworthy route may actually succeed in getting your name to stick. In an industry saturated with hundreds of names, one property agent went all in for his self-marketing strategy and coined himself as the Property BigPapa. If you’re feeling hip enough, call him Fizzy Fizz.

In lieu of the standard property agent headshot (which he does have as back up), the dude’s promotional material looks like an old-school hip-hop album cover.

Admittedly, Fizzy Fizz knows that he ain’t no Raekwon or RZA. “I am not a professional rapper, I am not a professional musician, but I AM A PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENT,” he exclaimed in a short music video promoting his services.
But that ain’t enough — what about his Malay market? In a different clip (albeit with the same shots), he raps in Malay over the same beat, and this time featuring more of his children’s singing and ad-libs. Fizzy Fizz actually sounds more comfortable in his native tongue, showcasing some semblance of flow.
