Oh look, more reckless personal mobility device (PMD) users giving the law-abiding ones a bad name. Not only did a frustrated motorist capture one electric scooter rider casually (and illegally) zooming on the road, but he also managed to get footage of an electric bicycle rider recklessly cruising in the middle of the same road. Two for the price of one viral clip!
It’s unclear where exactly the appalling scene took place, but what’s clear is that some PMD users across the country have yet to receive the message that the Land Transport Authority is starting to clamp down hard on all errant riders.
